Ras and I are still having some difficulty adjusting to the time difference.  Panama is Eastern Standard Time.  We end up taking 3 hour naps in the afternoon, then wake up at 5:00 in the morning.  The second night I was here, I was awake from 3am-7am.  Today’s a little cloudy, and it might rain.  [...]
