Students elections

Thank god student elections are over today.  For the past two weeks, candidates have been out in full force, annoying everyone.  They go to classrooms and yell or sometimes sing before a class starts.  They’re at the cafeteria, the student union, every building entrance (it seems), and at the main gates chanting at night.  For two weeks, these students have been excused from classes and allowed to spend their days informing people about their issues, then spend their nights (6-10pm) chanting, singing, and shouting.  You can see a video of them below.

The candidates also have booklets detailing their plans and ideas for next year.  Of course, I can’t understand any of it, but the booklet covers are hilarious.
