I’m using wireless broadband through Comcast. Browsing web pages is comparable to the speed in Korea (maybe a tad slower). I don’t power surf, so I don’t notice it too much.
Downloads are definitely slower than Korea. I just did a speed test at http://www.speedtest.net and here are my results:
download = 7.7 megabits, upload = 1.3 megabits
For others around the world, what are YOUR internet speeds like?
Hello
I'm Laotian. And American. I'm a glass half full kind of girl. I take pictures and do crafty things when not teaching English in Korea. Read more about me here.
I just heard this disturbing news!

Can you see a difference between the U.S. and South Korea? What about in other countries you have visited?
Later,
John from Daejeon
