I'm using wireless broadband through Comcast. Browsing web pages is comparable to the speed in Korea (maybe a tad slower). I don't power surf, so I don't notice it too much.

Downloads are definitely slower than Korea. I just did a speed test at www.speedtest.net and here are my results:
download = 7.7 megabits, upload = 1.3 megabits

At www.speakeasy.net:
download = 10 megabits, upload = 1.3 megabits

For others around the world, what are YOUR internet speeds like?

Can you see a difference between the U.S. and South Korea? What about in other countries you have visited?

Later,
