The macro lens I rented came (Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM), and today I got a chance to play around with it. I went to my mom’s house and tried to take pictures of everyting. This lens is amazing! I’m in love. If I had $470 to burn, it’d definitely be on my list of things to buy. These are just a few of the many pictures I too. They are straight from the camera, except for cropping on some. The focusing could be better on most of them, so I’ll try again tomorrow.

Amazing shots! That lens take some pretty clear shots with excellent bokeh. I think I will buy a new lens in the near future, but not now. My uncle has already started his Canon collection for this 20D so maybe I’ll just “borrow” some of those lenses to use…;)

Nice pics.
I am still undecided about my new DigiCam.
My Olympus 800 MJU is just to confusing. I am thinking about the new Sony T100, but I should really wait until I go to Thailand this November to see what is on offer…
