Google Reader Preview

Check it out

For anyone who loves paper, like me, you’ll love browsing Peter Callesen’s work.  Amazingly intricate.

Since I’m teaching a children’s camp this summer, I found these puzzles to print.  The colors are dazzling, but I hope they aren’t too easy for my 1st and 2nd-graders.  I’m not even going to humor the idea of making my own in Photoshop.

It’s also be cool to make these, but can you imagine how much ink I’d go through?

I know this doesn’t apply to most people, but if you use Firefox, Google Reader, and Greasemonkey, Google Reader Preview is a great script to download.  Don’t you hate it when you can’t read a full blog entry in your RSS reader because only the excerpt of the post is displayed?  (Ahem… Lost Nomad and Marmot’s Hole.)  Well, this script solves the problem.  You can even post comments in the reader.  If what I just said makes as much sense to you as America’s fixation on Lindsey Lohan, then I’m sorry.  Still, if you don’t use an RSS reader yet, you’ve got to get with the program.  I’d recommend Bloglines or Google Reader.  The latter is my favorite because you can now read feeds offline with it.

I’m off to continue my Harry Potter book.  For some reason, I haven’t really gotten into it yet, and am only a fifth of the way through.

Thanks for the additional links! I’m sure English teachers here in Korea will find them useful.
