I have IPTV (HanaTV), and it rocks! The only issue was the lack of live programming. If that gets resolved this year IPTV will be a major force to be reckoned with.

The ability to stream live TV to cell phones has been around for a couple of years thanks to Slingmedia.com and myhava.com. Of course, you need to have the box connected to a satellite or cable receiver and a broadband connection (and be able to connect to the internet via your phone). I use both a slingbox and a hava box. I prefer the slingbox for ease of use and reliablity.
