Watch this video and tell me if you’re the typical Mac owner. Go ahead, I’ll wait.

I don’t feel self-important or extraordinary, but AM intellectually curious. I don’t think I’m superior, but I do feel Macs are superior to PCs (and I currently own both).

I think it is pretty much spot on. I own both as well, but like my PC’s larger hard drive and (until only a few months ago when Mac was given an invite) Slingbox capability. Still can’t use my Hava (myhava.com) on it though. I also got my HP in the 17″ variety before Mac started stocking the larger screens.
My Mac is great for a lot of things, but still lacking in too many areas to be my laptop of choice. However, it is getting closer by the day. Well, at least my sister is making use of it in college while I’m over here.

I agree that there are many programs you still need PCs for, especially in Korea. For example, the printers at work don’t have Mac drivers, so I need to switch between Mac and PC with VMware Fusion when printing. I think it’ll be easier to live with only a Mac in the States. It also helps that I use mostly mainstream programs.

Apple doesn’t have to worry about Microsoft’s take on the phone:

Funny that many of the comments thought this was a real phone.

I just got around to watching the 1994 “24″ pilot. It was hilarious!! “He’s got total control of our Geocities page.” Classic.
Man, I hated AOL.

I used to work for CompuServe back in the early 1990’s before things went sour for me there. You aren’t alone in your hatred of AOL.
For as much as people constantly are complaining about this, that, or the other, we are living in some really awesome times.
