That&#039;s funny...I say the same thing to myself as well !

Most of the time I get excited about something, I jump into with both feet, then the enthusiasm invariably wanes after a few weeks or a few months. But, so far, I haven&#039;t slowed my pace nor my enthusiasm for trying to take better and better quality photos.

I also keep telling myself lens purchases are relatively &quot;safe&quot; since lens technology is so slow to change. So, a relatively great lens today will still be a great lens years down the road. Good glass is good glass.</description>

I resisted going digital or at least DLSR digital for quite awhile. I have a Canon EOS A2 but a few years ago went to the Rebel XT. I  have not used my two Canon film cameras for two years.
I used my Canon lenses for my digital though I did splurge on three Sigma lenses that are especially designed for DSLR&#039;s. One is a monster of a 400mm which is VERY heavy!!!!</description>
