Hi! This is my first time on your blog. Got some good stuff here. I am trying to track down a rumor I keep running into. I have heard the Chinese government ran a clandestine lab near Banlung. They were supposedly testing some hallucinogenic drug like acid that made you think you were having an out of body experience. Anyone have any info about it?
