Weird Stickers

These are stickers I saw yesterday in the stationary section of Youngpoong Bookstore at the Express bus terminal.  Are children supposed to be buying these (1000 won) just in case they get kidnapped and their captors happen to be easily swayed by stickers of crying boys that can balance a toy house on one finger?
