It’s my mom and Renee’s birthday today, which makes it easy to remember. I took my parents and brother out for some sushi before come back to do more work. Next week is my brother Joe’s birthday, who’ll be coming back from U of O for winter break. I’ve been back for a few months now, and still haven’t seen him yet.

Congratulations to my friend Renee for finishing her practicum and education degree yesterday in Edmonton, Canada.
In her own words, "Now I am a 27 year old woman with 2 bachelor degrees and no place to call her home".
Time sure flies… This picture was taken four years ago during the 2002 World Cup in Korea. It was a crazy time, and I have a lot of fun pictures that will evenutally be uploaded in an album.
Today turned out to be a very nice Friday. It was a mostly clear day, and I could actually feel warmth from the sunshine. The blossoms on the magnolia trees have really started to open up. I decided to do a scrapbook layout on one, because it was so pretty.
Tomorrow I head up to Seoul and meet up with Allison, a friend I met through Kate. It’s her second time in Korea, and she’s only been back a month so far. I’m excited to spend some time in a bustling city, hang out with a girl, and maybe go dancing. I’m sure I’ll find time to send some cell phone pictures to my blog.
